On Saturday, February 28th at Lazy Thinking (@lazythinking__ ) catch the 12th edition of The Blue Hour: an ambient music night exploring texture, atmosphere, and soundscapes through experimental and ambient performances.

Featuring performances by Alexandra Spence & Khaled Kurbeh (@alxandraspence ), Climes (@petrich0ral ), Luke M de Zilva, Glen.Rey & Bildungsroman (@lukemdezilva , @mjglen.rey ) & Sina (@sin____a_ ).

Khaled Kurbeh is a Berlin-based musician and composer of Syrian background who experiments with improvisation and rhythms by combining piano with of fragments of field recordings, buzuq and other sound sources. He has released several albums and composes music for theatre, radio and film. His music has been presented at XJAZZ Festival and Funkhaus in Berlin, Münchner Kammerspiele in Munich, the Cairo International Film Festival, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and on many other international occasions. His Australian tour is supported by Goethe-Institut and Research Records.
