Anna Morley - Vibraphone
Zoltan Fecso - Synthesizer

On Desire Path, Zoltan Fecso and Anna Morley channel their acute sense of improvisation and minimalism in a thoughtful exchange of musical ideas. Vibraphone and a Prophet 08 synthesiser are the only instruments used by the duo, moving between propulsive sequences and hazy ambience.

Built on a friendship that began at a recording session in 2018, the two artists reunited in 2025 to record Desire Path. From a place of focus and stillness, Desire Path charts Fecso and Morley’s distinctive instrumental playing reaching unified heights, a collective exhale of mutual meditations reflecting on reciprocity with nature, collectivity and the questions one encounters along life’s path.

Zoltan Fecso’s music has been released by record labels in Australia, Europe and USA. His debut Shimmer Raga on Hush Hush Recordings is a ‘highly tactile and mesmerising’ (Stationary Travels) study of minimalism and his 29 minute prepared piano piece Butterfly Hands for Longform Editions was described by Boomkat as ‘flush with cascading, iridescent beauty.’ Fecso's most recent release with Oxtail Recordings, Other Air, was described as 'utterly intoxicating' (Foxy Digitalis).

Anna Morley has released five studio albums and performed her ‘jazz-infused, intimately minimalist watercolours of sound’ (Beat) extensively in Europe including with The Fabia Mantwill Orchestra (Berlin), and notable festivals including Bubalrock (Galicia) and Analogue NOW Festival (Berlin).
